Reservations, Deposits & Payment Information:

Reservations must be made by someone 18 years or older.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Current ID needs to be presented at check in (e.g.  Driver’s License or Passport)

 Payment Policy

All accommodation is payable in full on arrival.

All credit cards or international debit cards attract a fee of 2.95%.  There is no fee for payment by Eftpos.

Any reservation not guaranteed by a valid credit card will require payment of a bond on arrival.  This will be returned or refunded on departure less any incidental charges if any.

Services:

Rooms will be serviced daily for short term stays. There may be an additional charge for any extra servicing.

Extra Bed Policy:  Extra beds are chargeable.

Maximum Occupancy

All of our accommodation has a maximum number of guests per unit.

Cancellation Policy:  48 hours. 

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival or any extension, will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.  If a guest fails to arrive - one night’s accommodation will be charged.

Visitors:

All visitors must leave the property by 10.00 p.m.

Excessive Noise:

Any reservation requested with the intention of having a function or party, will not be accepted.

Any guest who causes a disturbance, will be given notice that the noise or conduct is to cease immediately.

Should the noise or conduct continue, then the guest will be asked to leave the property.   In these circumstances, there will be no refund of the accommodation paid.
